Q: Can a household do multiple promotional rebates?

A: Yes; although there is a limit of only one screen or projector mount rebate per projector or screen purchase, a consumer can purchase as many projectors or screen as he/she would like and then participate in as many free screen or free projector mount promotions as would apply.

Q: Can I just send a photocopy of the barcode sticker for the product?

A: Yes, a copy of the UPC barcode is perfectly acceptable as long as it is sent together with the other required paperwork.

Q: I have purchased more than one item, can I get more than one rebate? Do I have to pay shipping for all?

A: The rebate offer is valid per item purchased, (i.e 10 items=10 rebates). Due to the nature of our items we can not combine shipping, S&H charges will be applied per each individual item.

Q: I need to have my rebate as soon as possible, can I expedite the shipping?

A: Sure, at Elite Screens we offer a wide variety of shipping accommodations, we can get your items to you as soon as the following business day. Please call for shipping rates, as the quote is determined upon what item and shipping destination.

Q: Do I have to wait until I receive my product before I can submit my rebate request?

A: No, you can start your rebate process as soon as you have your proof of purchase information. Keep in mind this might be difficult as the form does ask questions about the product. It is recommended you wait until you have your actual product in hand.

Q: Does my rebate come with the same warranty as the other products purchased through Elite Screens?

A: Yes, we back all our products with a 2 year warranty. However if this is for a church, government or school organization we offer a 3 year warranty.

Q: How long is my rebate offer valid for?

A: You have 30 days to submit your rebate request for the date of purchase.

Q: I am having trouble with the electronic form on the website, is there any other ways to submit my form?

A: Yes, although the website is a faster way to submit the form, you can also fax (562)483-8498 or send via USPS to 16410 Manning Way, Cerritos, Ca 90703

Q: How is the Rebate Screen & Mount S/H fee calculated ?

A: The Free Screen and Mount rebate include a long parcel 80 inch projection screen and a universal projector mount. The packaging for these items are rather large in size. These shipping fees are what is given to us directly from the freight carrier. It also covers the handling and document processing to ship these items.

Q: Can I pick up from your warehouse and save the S&H ?

A: You can pick up from our warehouse if you let us know in advance to schedule this pick up, but the S&H charge will not be waived according to our policy.

Q: Can I request a different model screen or projector mount in place of those being offered in your rebates?

A: No substitutions or upgrades are allowed on any rebate item. Items to be received as part of our rebate offer are as indicated on current advertisement. Rebate may not be combined with any other offer.
