Q2: What are the warranty terms for your screens?

A: Due to the quality of our product and our dedication to customer service, Elite Screens offers a comprehensive warranty that exceeds the 1-year industry standard on all of its screen products.

All of our screens carry a minimum 2-year warranty (effective as of June 1st, 2007) on parts and labor.  A 3-year term is provided for our Elite Prime Vision custom install products such as the CineTension 3 and Home3, while Elite Prime Vision’s Dream Window screen carries an unparalleled limited lifetime warranty.
