First Quarter CES Report - January 2007

Dear Valued Customers of Elite Screens,

I hope all of you have truly had a wonderful holiday season and New Year. Last week's CES Show in Las Vegas was a fantastic way to kick off 07'. The show was a great success for us and I really hope that all of you who attended or exhibited had the same positive effects as we did. Walking the different halls of the various convention centers provided a glance into the endless possibilities and the staggering economic might of the Audio/Video industry. As Elite Screens grows, so should our product line. We have already entrenched ourselves with the online and retail channels as a reliable maker of quality commercial grade and home theater product. Now is the time to launch into the custom installation channels. Elite Screens will be producing a high end series of screens, mounts, furniture and speaker systems strictly for the custom install market. We already have the quality control, resources and manpower to easily facilitate this but have only been waiting for wides pread product recognition before taking this step. We are excited about our relationships with the many veterans in the custom install industry who have contributed their invaluable insight so that we can produce a top-tier product for even the most discriminating consumer. The many custom installers and integrators who visited our display were as excited about the profit margin opportunities we offer as we were about the ideas for new product that will be appearing in great quantity this year. Since the retail and .com markets are exploding, we also released a whole new product line of screens mounts and furniture as well. Every effort has been made to provide you and your customers with a well made product at a competitive price. Please continue reading for the specifics on our new items. May you all have a safe, prosperous and enjoyable new year.

CES also marked the debut of many new items:

The new Spectrum series of motorized screen will likely prove to be our hottest selling retail/.com item in 2007. This electric screen comes in a white case and a (4:3) aspect ratio for the commercial/office demographic while the home theater models have a black casing and (16:9) format. The material is matte white (1.1 gain) with a built in IR receiver and 12V trigger. A hardwire 3-way wall box is included along with an IR remote and extended "Eye" receiver for recessed ceiling installations. After market accessories such as IR and Universal Learning Remotes are also available.

The SilverFrame is our newest edition to our line of fixed frame screens. They have an aesthetically pleasing brushed metal frame with inner black matte and provide the consumer with the choice of 1.1 gain tension white, 1.0 gain tension gray and 1.8 gain high gain white material to suit whatever media room requirements that the consumer has. The screen is made with the same quality material used in our premium grade product and has the luxury of easy assembly and adjustable tension.

The VMAX series just got a new face with the introduction of the VMAX2 or V2 enhanced version of the VMAX screen. These next generation models are still available in 1.1, 4.3 and 16.9 aspect ratios with a broad range of sizes as well as the SILVERMAX gray-screen variants but the new features package definitely takes it up a notch from its predecessor. Each unit has an internally mounted IR and RF receiver along with a 12V trigger. The additional 18" of top border will still be available on specified models but repeated consumer input that the extra material was superfluous along with a general reluctance to re-adjust the vertical limit after purchase compelled us to remove it as a standard feature. A Universal Learning Remote will replace the standard IR remote which accompanies the RF remote control, 3-way wall box and electric "Eye" receiver that come included with the screen. Now, the consumer has the power to choose having either a hard wire control connection or a stream lined wall or ceiling installed unit.

The new Elysium media room comfort system is truly the best-designed home entertainment sofa on the market today. The Elysium has a curved forum configuration which provides a superior viewing angle over in-line seating and the entire set is upholstered in 100% leather with your choice of black or dark brown. Fold down armrests provide additional space for refreshments and transform the Elysium into a central loveseat with matching ottoman containing internal storage space and flanking power recliners. A hidden floor-level sliding compartment preserves the orderly appearance of your media room by providing an easy-access sliding storage solution for additional media players, game systems and software right below the loveseat. This innovative feature for keeping the media room floor space clutter-free is what made this model a "must have" for all of the furniture specialists that inspected it at the show. The overall design provides comfortable ergonomic seating positions for all of its occupants without interfering with audio/video enjoyment. The ottoman gives comfortable leg support to those on the loveseat while the power recliners allow variable height settings with a flush drop allowing close positioning to walls, surround-sound speakers or other room furnishings.

Our new line of Cantilever Mounts provide an attractive, safe and dynamic alternative to conventional wall mounting. Our Cantilever mounts come in small, medium and large models that accompany flat panel displays from 22"-63" weighing from 80-200 lbs. and are VESA compliant from 100 x100 to 400 x 400 configurations. Standard features of this product line are 10?/-5? vertical tilt and its swing arm design allows up to 180? lateral rotation to maximize panel visibility with variable panel rotation which allows landscape or portrait presentations. Additional features include easy to use lift & lock mounting, integrated cable management, all steel body construction and they are available with black or silver powder coat finishes.
